Market Analysis- Scrub Daddy products are sold through their official website, Amazon, and other stores such as Target. It seems that the official website carries a great variety of Scrub Daddy products while others sites mainly only carry the signature sponges. I think a chatbot could potentially guide customers to a Scrub Daddy product that would best suit their needs. It could inform customers of the benefits of using a Scrub Daddy sponge/cleaning product over another brand of product.

Part 4:

Making this chatbot way fairly simple.  The Landbot website provided good examples and helped create the whole thing.  I believe this chatbot will increase sales because it shows people how many things that Scrub Daddy can actually clean.  I also provide a link to the Scrub Daddy website that will direct them directly to the website.
